A copper casting palm work, a material experiment. 

The structurally locked work looks different from every perspective and it plays the unique silvery sound.

- Design philosophy -

Metal casting is not a typical craft for moving works, especially tiny ones. However, exploring the limitations of a material is of great fun. In this work, the copper was cut into 8 pieces. They were casted alone, welded back together as one to become this interesting and semi-movable palm work.

四個閉合線框體相互鎖住的掌上活動小型鑄銅作品。

之所以這樣設計是因為鑄銅工藝本身不善於製作可活動的作品，小型作品尤其挑戰工藝極限。

製作過程中，要將四個線框體對半切成八塊，單獨澆鑄，最後焊接起來。
