A gap is the key to everything.

When you leave a gap, you leave it alive.

A gap is not only the connecting point of different components, but also the basis on which they can be moved. People participate in it, change it, feel the differences. 

 

- Design philosophy -

The type of interactive art I’m interested in has the ability to allow the randomness to exist as variates within certain designed invariants. In this way, the work is filled with possibilities and uncertainty to arouse the curiosity of both the participators and the artist. It kindles imagination.  

 

缺口是活動的地方，也是連接的起點。

人們參與它，移動它，缺口是關鍵。

留一個缺口，留下一點生動。

我所感興趣的交互藝術作品是在一定設計的前提下保留隨機性。

充滿多種可能性和不確定性的。作者和參與者應帶有同樣的好奇心和猜測。
